Try these easy recipes, are great for anyone trying to eat healthy and lose weight.

· Hard boiled egg
· 50 blueberries diped in greek yogurt and frozen
· Turkey jerky
· Trail mix
· Tablespoon natural peanut butter
· 10 strawberries + 1 tbsp goat cheese
