
Broccoli Feta Pasta
Ingredients
- 14 oz broccoli
- 12 oz button mushroom
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 7 oz whole grain fusilli pasta
- 2 tbsp Kevala Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tsp Kevala Organic Black Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Kevala Sesame Seeds
- Salt add to taste
- Pepper add to taste
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli and cut into florets, set aside, then peel the stalk and cut into small pieces, seat aside, then clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size.
- Peel and chop onion and garlic, then cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent, add mushrooms and broccoli and fry for another 8-10 minutes until crisp, season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Drain the pasta and divide it, add the veggie mix and crumble the feta over it, sprinkle it with black cumin and sesame seeds.
