Broccoli Feta Pasta


  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets, set aside, then peel the stalk and cut into small pieces, seat aside, then clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic, then cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent, add mushrooms and broccoli and fry for another 8-10 minutes until crisp, season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Drain the pasta and divide it, add the veggie mix and crumble the feta over it, sprinkle it with black cumin and sesame seeds.
