Where do you ship to?

We ship our orders all across the Continental USA with the exception of P.O. boxes.

If you want to place an order to Alaska, Hawaii, any US territory, and APO/FPO please reach us at info@kevala.net for inquiry.

We can also explore the possibility of shipping to a different country for you. For more information on this you can contact us at international@kevala.net.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order at Kevala.net is easy. Simply go to a product page, select the desired quantity, and add it to your shopping cart by selecting the "Add to Cart" button. Before checking out, you will be prompted to create an account or to login with your existing account.

During checkout, you can apply any current promo code. Then you will simply need to enter or confirm your shipping address and credit card information (via a secure payment process), and place your order.

Can I track my order?

To make the waiting process easy for you, after your order has shipped we will send you an email with tracking information so all the delivery updates are at your reach whenever you need them.

What happens if I'm not home when my package is being delivered?

We rely on third party carriers and their internal policy for the delivery process. The delivery driver may decide to leave it at your doorstep anyway, or with a building manager/doorman. They may also leave a doortag and reattempt the delivery on the next day.

If you know beforehand that you will not be present under the delivery address for the ETA, both UPS and FedEx can give you an option to either delay the delivery or give special instructions (e.g. leaving the package with neighbors, changing the delivery for pick-up at their location).

In case of any issue with the delivery being missing, incomplete or damaged you can also contact us directly.

Do you accept returns?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept package returns within 30 days of the sale date for a full refund. All we ask is that the product is unopened, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original box and/or package.

All return credits and refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days upon arrival of return package at our distribution center.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are available to help you make changes to your order or cancel it completely if it has not yet been shipped or is in the early stages of shipment. If you need assistance with that please contact us.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Why hasn't my shipment arrived?

It may happen that your order is delayed due to:

  1. Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
  2. Payment being delayed and possible bank account issues.
  3. Carrier's delay in delivery (e.g. due to severe weather conditions).
