
Cashew Butter Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Kevala Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Kevala Cashew Butter
- 1 cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp Kevala Sea Salt more to taste
- round black pepper add to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the food processor or blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste (use a spatula to scrape down the ingredients that haven’t been processed if you need to).
- Use it as a dip, spread or pour it in your favorite pasta.
