Preheat the oven to 425°F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put aside.
In a bowl, combine cauliflower & sesame flour with the garlic powder, shredded mozzarella, parmesan and eggs, mix to combine, then stir in the herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
Press the mixture into a half inch thick circle on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the crust until it’s golden around the edges, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven & set aside.
For the sauce Make sure all the ingredients are room temperature.
In the food processor, combine all the ingredients except ¼ cup of corn kernels.
Process until combined, then add the additional ¼ cup of corn, pulse until the desired texture, taste, add more salt of sugar if desired.
Spread the sauce over the cauliflower crust, add mozzarella, toppings & bake until the cheese is melted (15-20 min). Let the pizza cool before slicing.
