Cheese Pizza



  1. In a large bowl add water, honey, and yeast. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes until yeast starts to form.
  2. Add salt, flour, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix well until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Form the dough into a bowl. Cover the dough with the rest of the olive oil with a damp towel. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place parchment paper on top of a baking pan.
  6. Flatten the dough and lay it on top of the baking pan with parchment paper.
  7. In a bowl, combine ghee and garlic. Spread it evenly on the pizza dough.
  8. Spread the marinara sauce evenly on the dough.
  9. Sprinkle all the cheeses, evenly, except the parmesan.
  10. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan and parsley.
