Ingredients 1 quart cherry tomatoes ¼ cup Kevala Premium Natural Avocado Oil 3 tbsp white vinegar ½ tsp Kevala Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp sugar ¼ cup fresh parsley minced 1 to 2 tsp fresh basil minced 1 to 2 tsp fresh oregano minced Instructions Place the tomatoes in a bowl. In a different bowl, mix oil, vinegar, salt and sugar until blended then stir in herbs. Pour the blend over the tomatoes and mix. Cover them and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
