- Prepare chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a large skillet in oil over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side, then remove and keep warm
- Add the ghee and lime juice to the skillet, stir until ghee is melted then add dill and chives and stir again.
- Drizzle the ghee and lime juice mix over the chicken
