Chocolate Turtles



  1. Add almond butter, ¼ of coconut oil, coconut nectar, cashew butter and the vanilla extract in a bowl and mix. The mixture should be sticky and not too watery.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop little balls of the caramel mix and place them onto the pan, keeping some space between them.
  3. Top each mix round with 2-3 pieces of pecans.
  4. Freeze the mixture for 30 minutes
  5. Melt your chocolate chips with the 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
  6. Remove your tray from the freezer, and pour the melted chocolate on top of the mix.
  7. Top with sea salt, and place the tray back into the freezer for another 10 minutes to set.
  8. Serve them after the 10 minutes have passed
  9. Enjoy!
