Creamy Pasta

Delicious creamy pasta is a quick, spicy, and delicious pasta dish that you need to try!


  • 2 Tbsp of Kevala Organic Olive Oil
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Kevala Ghee Clarified Butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 16 oz box of pasta - boiled + reserve pasta water for later use
  1. Boil the pasta and set aside, reserving the pasta water for later use. 
  2. In a skillet, add olive oil and heat pan to medium/medium high. 
  3. Once pan is hot and sizzling, add in diced onion and minced garlic. Combine ingredients and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 
  4. Add in all the spices
  5. Add the tomato paste, butter and whole sour cream to the skillet.
  6. Mix all ingredients together.
  7. Heat pasta sauce for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Add in 1/2 a cup of shredded parmesan cheese and combine. 
  9. Add in reserved pasta water into pan, thinning out the sauce. Start around 1/2 a cup of water, stir and heat, adding a little more at a time till desired consistency.  
  10. Heat pasta sauce for about 8 more minutes, stirring frequently. 
  11. Once sauce is ready, Add in the prepared pasta.
  12. Serve with additional parmesan cheese and enjoy!
