Crunchy Granola
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside, then, in a large mixing bowl combine the oats, wheat germ, nuts, salt and cinnamon, mix together.
  2. Pour in the almond oil, organic raw unfiltered honey and vanilla. Mix well, until every oat and nut is lightly coated, then pour the granola onto your baking sheet and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.
  3. Bake until lightly golden, stirring halfway, then let the granola cool completely, top with the dried fruit, then break the granola into pieces with your hands or stir it around with a spoon.
  4. Enjoy!
