Ingredients 1/2 cucumber (sliced 2 loose tablespoons fresh mint leaves 3¼ cups of granulated sugar 5 tablespoons Kevala Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Instructions Add the sliced cucumber and mint leaves into a blender. Puree. Into a medium bowl add: sugar, cucumber puree and olive oil. Stir until combined. NOTE: if you prefer the mixture more firm, add additional sugar. Divide mixture between desired air tight storage containers.
