Ingredients 3 cucumbers 2 tbsp Kevala Organic Coconut Aminos 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp Kevala Organic Sesame Oil 2 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp Kevala Organic Coconut Nectar 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp Kevala Organic Toasted Sesame Seeds Instructions Cut off the ends of the cucumbers. Place a cucumber between 2 wooden chopsticks, slice it in a 45 degree angle all the way to the end, flip it, and then cut in straight lines. Add salt to the cucumbers and let them sit for 30 minutes. While you wait, mix the rest of the ingredients ingredients to make the sauce. Rinse cucumbers with water and place them in a bowl. Top with the sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
