
Grilled Shrimp Mango Avocado Salad
Ingredients
For the salad- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp Kevala Fleur de Sel
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 large mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 Persian cucumbers, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ small red onion, peeled and sliced thinly
For the dressing
- ¼ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp Kevala Organic Raw Oaxaca Honey
- 1 tbsp Kevala Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
- Kevala Fleur de Sel and pepper to taste
