Pour the chia seeds and the milk in a deep bowl and stir well, then leave aside for 2-3 minutes, stir again very well until you see no clumping. Cover the bowl and store overnight or at least 30 minutes.
For the yellow layer, blend the frozen mango with coconut milk until the mix is like a slushy. Fill ⅓ of the glass with the blend.
For the orange layer, blend the frozen mango with the carrots, the turmeric powder and the milk until the mix is like a slushy. Fill another third of the glass, on top of the yellow layer.
Finally pour the white layer, the chia seeds and milk mix, on top of the orange layer and top with whipped cream.
