- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Chopped pecans into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Add sugar, eggs, coconut nectar, ghee, vanilla extract, and fleur de sel in the bowl together with the pecans and mix.
- Spoon
¼ cup of the pecan mixture into each mini pie shell, then transfer pies onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
