Mini Pecan Pies



  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Chopped pecans into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, coconut nectar, ghee, vanilla extract, and fleur de sel in the bowl together with the pecans and mix.
  4. Spoon ¼ cup of the pecan mixture into each mini pie shell, then transfer pies onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
