Preheat oven to 375°F. Fit a rack in the center position. Have ready a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the chicken breast pieces, salt and vegetable oil. Mix them and once done, put the pieces on the baking sheet.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
While the chicken bakes, prepare the orange sauce. In a small bowl add cornstarch, and water, mix until smooth. Then, In a small saucepan add the orange juice, orange zest, coconut aminos, chili-garlic paste, sugar, garlic and rice wine vinegar, mix to combine.
Have the sauce cooking over medium-high heat. Add the cornstarch and water mix into the saucepan, combine and reduce the heat to low. Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes then remove from heat.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, pour the orange sauce over the chicken and mix.
Serve on a plate and pour toasted sesame seeds over the chicken
