- 120g plain flour
- 55 g Kevala Cauliflower Flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 beetroot cooked
- 300 ml dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp Kevala Premium Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Kevala Raw Unfiltered Honey
- 1 tbsp Kevala Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over a low/medium heat and add a spoon of the batter, cook for a couple of minutes. Turn the pancake over with a spatula and repeat on the other side, keep warm in a low oven while you repeat with the remaining pancakes.
- Serve with honey, fresh raspberries, strawberries, yogurt, or your favorite toppings.
