Santa Hat Mini Brownies

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 100 gr Kevala Ghee - Clarified Butter 
  • 1/4 cup Kevala Organic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Kevala Organic Cacao powder 
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder 
  • 250 gms Granulated sugar 
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 24 small strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut butter
  1. Pour into a sauce pan the milk, oil, ghee and cocoa powder. Mix together on medium low heat till the ghee completely melts.
  2. Into a mixing bowl throw in flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract followed by the wet ingredients.
  4. Whisk/ beat well to combine all the ingredients. There shouldn't be any traces of flour visible.
  5. Pour into a 9 inch pan lined with baking paper, and place in the middle shelf of an oven pre heated at 180ºC for 45 to 55 minutes.
  6. Take it out of the oven, let it rest for about 10 minutes and then turn it onto a cooling rack and leave it there till it cools down completely. Use this time to hull and clean the strawberries.
  7. Once cool, sliced onto bites and place strawberries upside down each.
  8. Melt coconut butter and transfer into a piping bag, Pipe a ring around the base and a small dot on top. Enjoy!
