Spaghetti Bolognese



  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and fry for another minute.
  2. Later add the ground beef and fry for 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Add the oregano and tomato puree and mix with the meat.
  3. Add the tomatoes, parsley, and bring to a boil. Season with the salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for at least another 15 minutes.
  4. While the beef is cooking, cook the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti is done, drain and serve with the beef and nutritional yeast on top.
  5. Enjoy!
