- In a large bowl, add eggs, sugar, milk, ghee and vanilla, mix well until blended, then add flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the mix and blend.
- Pour batter into a plastic bag and cut a little hole in one corner of the bag.
- Heat a pan over medium heat then squeeze bag to pipe the batter into the pan in a spider web shape.
- Cook 1 to 2 minutes then turn pancakes and cook for another minute. Serve with honey.
