For the tahini sauce


  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on package. Set aside 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. Chop the broccoli into smaller pieces.
  3. Heat a large pan on medium heat then add in the sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Then add the broccoli and mix for about 6-8 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix all the tahini sauce together in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta into the pan with the broccoli then add in the tahini sauce. Cook and mix over low heat for 1-2 minutes until everything is fully coated.
  6. Add sesame seeds as toppings.
  7. Enjoy!
