Tortilla Chips



  1. Lay the tortillas out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to dry them.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle shaped wedges.
  3. Pour olive oil into a pan to a depth of ⅛ to ¼ inch in medium heat.
  4. Place the tortilla triangles in the pan with the oil and fry them for about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the tortilla chips and place them in paper-towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Let them cool down
  7. Enjoy!
