- Lay the tortillas out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to dry them.
- Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle shaped wedges.
- Pour olive oil into a pan to a depth of ⅛ to ¼ inch in medium heat.
- Place the tortilla triangles in the pan with the oil and fry them for about 2 minutes.
- Remove the tortilla chips and place them in paper-towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with salt.
- Let them cool down
