
Vegan Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad
Ingredients
For the salad
- 10 cups chiffonade romaine hearts
- 5 cups shaved brussels sprouts
- Croutons add to taste
- Kevala Nutritional Yeast add to taste
For the dressing
- ½ cup Kevala Extra Virgin Organic Sesame Oil
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup Kevala Organic Sesame Tahini
- 1 ½ tbsp white miso paste
- 1 ½ tbsp capers drained
- 1 ½ tbsp tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- ¾ Kevala Himalayan Pink Salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 medium garlic cloves
Instructions
- Blend all the dressing ingredients for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- In a salad bowl, mix the lettuce and brussels sprouts, add the dressing gradually to your preference, add nutritional yeast & croutons. Top with more nutritional yeast.
