Vegan Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad

For the salad

  • 10 cups chiffonade romaine hearts
  • 5 cups shaved brussels sprouts
  • Croutons add to taste
  • Kevala Nutritional Yeast add to taste

For the dressing


  1. Blend all the dressing ingredients for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the lettuce and brussels sprouts, add the dressing gradually to your preference, add nutritional yeast & croutons. Top with more nutritional yeast.
  3. Enjoy!
