Watermelon Feta Flag Salad



  1. For the vinaigrette, add apple cider vinegar, mustard, lemon zest, sugar, fleur de sel and pepper in a small bowl, whisk all ingredients and gradually add olive oil, whisk until blended and stir in onion
  2. Place arugula in a large bowl and add ¼ cup of vinaigrette, then arrange the arugula on a rectangular dish.
  3. For the stars, place the blueberries over the arugula. For the stripes, place watermelon and feta cheese, drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette
