Relevant Information for Kevala Customers in China

At Kevala we deeply care for the wellbeing of our customers, and we want to sincerely thank for the recently received support regarding the finding of counterfeit product sold in China. We share your concern and disappointment upon discovering that one of our products was copied, replicated, and falsely sold under the Kevala brand. After becoming aware of the incident, we undertook the necessary investigation and legal actions to be able to address the situation with transparency and accuracy:
  • We confirm that one of our clients, in an act of breach of trust, commercialized a fake product under our brand. This person has been removed from our list of distributors and legal action is being pursued.
  • We have identified that only the Organic Raw Oaxaca Honey 55 lb, with lot number KOHM062422C, was falsely replicated and sold in China.
  • Fortunately, as a result of our investigation, we have found out that no other product was falsified.
  • Currently, all of our products have unique identity features that allow us to detect any counterfeit occurrences. Our commitment is to continue reinforcing these safety measures to further protect consumers.
  • As we have done for more than 15 years, we will continue to provide the highest quality of Natural and Organic products and protect the strong reputation of Kevala worldwide.
We would like to express our gratitude again for all the information and evidence provided by our valued customers in China, which was key to rapidly unwrap this situation and find the origin of the counterfeit event.
