What is RAW food and why should we eat it?
Raw food is based on the principle that uncooked, unprocessed food will retain the most amount of nutrients and natural enzymes; boosting digestion, energy, and overall health. 
The plant-based raw food movement excludes any foods with chemically processed or pasteurized ingredients, since the whole premise is that cooking food over 118°F depletes and destroys vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. 

When you eat raw foods, you are eating clean foods, you are naturally nourishing your body and setting it up with an array of nutrients that help fight and eradicate unbalances.
